Welcome to the Home of The New Mexico/Texas Heat Elite Girls Basketball Club.

The New Mexico/Texas Heat Elite Girls Basketball Club is a 501c3 organization, founded in 2004, that was developed for the purpose of providing the young female basketball student athlete the necessary basketball, social, and leadership skills necessary to compete at the collegiate level.
Players are selected based upon their athletic performance, their on and off court attitude, and overall dedication to developing their game.
Our season begins after the current High School season, usually the first week of March, and continues through the end of July with part of June off for High School play. The New Mexico/Texas Heat Elite will typically travel out of state to compete and will play in tournaments around the country such as the Nike sponsored End of the Trail in Oregon, Music City Madness in Nashville, the Summer Showcase in Chicago, the Deep South Tourney in Raleigh, NC, and the North Tartan Meltdown in Minnesota, among others.
